Shipping Policy

1) Where do we ship from?

Orders from Gentle Resilience Studio (“GRS”) are generally shipped from China.

2) Processing time (dispatch time)


Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Note: During peak seasons, promotions, or due to supply/packing workflows, processing time may be extended. We will notify you by email if needed.

3) Estimated delivery time

The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States / Canada: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom / Major European regions: 7–15 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Other regions: 7–15 business days
Important: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be delayed due to customs inspections, flight/logistics congestion, local delivery arrangements, weather, or force majeure events.

4) Shipping fees & free shipping threshold


Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address and order contents.

Free shipping: Orders over USD $150 qualify for free shipping.

5) Duties, taxes & customs fees (Important)

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs-related fees.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities and/or carrier in the destination country/region.

In general, these fees must be paid by the recipient (customer) (DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid).

We cannot estimate or collect these fees in advance, and we cannot offer refunds or compensation due to duties/taxes (unless required by law).
Common references (for understanding only; actual rules depend on customs):

United States: Some shipments under certain value thresholds may be duty/tax-free.

EU/UK: VAT and import-related fees may be more common.
Recommendation: If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office or carrier before placing an order.

6) Tracking information


If your shipping method includes tracking, we will provide a tracking number after dispatch.

For certain destinations or economy shipping methods, tracking may be limited or tracking updates may be delayed.

7) Address accuracy & undeliverable parcels

Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, postal code, and phone number) are complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned due to:

Incomplete/incorrect address

No one available to receive the parcel (if signature is required)

Failure to complete customs clearance / pay duties or taxes in time

Refusal to accept delivery
Additional shipping/return/re-delivery fees may apply, and such fees must be paid by the customer.

8) Delays, loss, or delivery issues

We will assist with tracking and follow-up, but please understand international shipping involves multiple parties and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us and provide:

Order number

Recipient name

Shipping address

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assist in submitting an inquiry with the carrier.

9) Order cancellation


If your order has not shipped yet, you may request cancellation within 12 hours (subject to operational feasibility).

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our return/refund policy.

Shipping note for incense / burnable products (Optional)

To ensure safe delivery, we package products with care. International shipping may result in minor dents or wear on outer packaging, which does not affect product use. If there is visible damage or missing items, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
