All prices you see on the site are retail. When your total order reaches 50 units or more (any mix of SKUs), you receive 40% off all items, excluding shipping. Below 50 units, you receive 20% off all items, and retail orders above US$150 ship free.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We recommend a minimum of 10 units total for B2B test orders, so you can meaningfully trial He Xiang with guests or clients. Pricing tiers still follow the 20% and 40% rules based on total units in your cart.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

Customs clearance fees on the logistics side are included so your shipment can pass the border smoothly. Local taxes and import duties charged by your country are not included and may be collected by your carrier or tax authority.
